In direct hire, candidates become your permanent employees immediately. In contract staffing, they work for the staffing agency and are assigned to your projects, often with a temp-to-perm option.

Direct hire fees are typically calculated as a percentage of the candidate's first-year salary, ranging from 18-25% depending on the role level and complexity. All placements include our Signature Performance Guarantee.

Yes, all direct hire placements include our Signature Performance Guarantee. If a placement doesn't work out within the guarantee period, we conduct a replacement search at no additional fee.

Most direct hire searches are completed within 21-45 days, depending on the role level and market conditions. Executive-level positions may take 45-90 days.
