Built ProHireHQ (the applicant-tracking, AI sourcing, and back-office platform Engaged Headhunters runs on) in production rather than as a SaaS demo. Every feature shipped against an active search.

Lives in Virginia Beach. Runs a small number of senior searches personally; the rest of the firm's work runs through the senior-partner network on the platform.
