1. Scope & Direct Sourcing Mandate

Engaged Headhunters agrees to conduct a confidential executive search to identify, evaluate, and recruit qualified candidates for the designated role. We engage in direct, passive headhunting across competing clinical networks and industry organizations rather than relying on public job board postings.

2. 21-Day Calibrated Shortlist Delivery SLA

Engaged Headhunters commits to delivering a calibrated shortlist of three to five (3–5) verified, credentialed candidates ready for client panel interviews within twenty-one (21) business days from formal calibration kickoff.

3. Placement Fee & Performance Terms

Placement fees and search retainer milestones are established per engagement scoping and documented on the client schedule. Search deposits are applied in full toward final placement fees. Invoices are payable in accordance with the selected billing terms upon execution.

4. Candidate Exclusivity & Ownership

Candidates presented by Engaged Headhunters remain proprietary to Client for a period of twelve (12) months following initial submission. If Client hires a presented candidate for any role within this window, the standard placement fee applies.

5. Mutual Confidentiality & Non-Disclosure

Both parties agree to treat all strategic, compensation, proprietary business data, and candidate identifying information with strict executive confidentiality under non-disclosure obligations.
