Service Delivery At EngagedHeadhunters.com, we utilize advanced Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) technologies to optimize our recruiting services. Our commitment is to efficiently match top-tier talent to your business needs. Upon engagement, clients receive:

  • A comprehensive assessment of staffing requirements through our CRM tools.
  • A curated selection of candidates via our ATS, tailored to meet specific job criteria.
  • Coordination of all communications and interview scheduling using our CRM capabilities.

Services are initiated within five business days following the receipt of all necessary job specification details from the client.

Refund and Cancellation Policy

  • Refund Policy: Refunds are not typically provided once a search assignment has commenced. However, a full refund is possible if no service actions have occurred within ten business days of receiving payment.
  • Cancellation Policy: Cancellations are accepted within 48 hours of payment without penalty. Thereafter, if no candidate has been placed, cancellations are subject to a fee equivalent to 10% of the agreed recruitment service fee.

Guarantee Period A 90-day guarantee accompanies all placements. Should a placed candidate terminate or be terminated within this period, we will undertake one additional search to find a replacement at no extra cost, leveraging our ATS and CRM to ensure quality and speed in the process.

Dispute Resolution We are dedicated to maintaining strong client relationships and delivering exceptional service. In cases where informal resolution is not achieved, we offer mediation or arbitration as outlined in our Terms of Service.
