# Engaged Headhunters

> A boutique executive search firm that provides engaged search, contingent search, and staffing solutions, backed by ProHireHQ AI. Seventeen years of placement expertise. Headquartered in Virginia Beach, VA, serving the United States nationwide.

The firm runs three engagement models, matched to the candidate-pool passivity and urgency of the role:

- **Engaged Search** — Hybrid retained-and-contingent. The hiring company pays a deposit up front to fund passive-candidate advertising; the balance is owed only on placement. Best for VP and C-suite roles. Fee runs 25 to 35 percent of first-year compensation.
- **Contingent Search** — Performance-based. No upfront commitment; fee owed only on a successful placement. Best for Director and Manager roles. Fee runs 18 to 25 percent of first-year compensation.
- **Staffing Solutions** — High-volume hiring for caregiver, clinical, and operations teams. Per-placement or markup-based; built for ten or more roles per engagement.

Replacement guarantees are scoped per engagement; specific terms are confirmed in writing at the start of the search.
